Saul was great. Ordered the part needed. It came 3 days later and he returned the following day to install it. Have a yearly contract with $100 ☆deductible. Only issue was with the new AI answering system. Did not recognize contract and sent tech looking for payment instead of coverage prepaid by deductible. EXtra trip. some time wasted.

Service techs are fantastic. Very experienced, explain things well, very concientious and tidy. The AI/automated text and email contacts were wildly awful, inaccurate, confusing and just annoying.
