Excellent Service!
Ronald came in, identified the issues with our dishwasher, and fixed it better than how it was initially. We originally had an appointment with GE, but when they couldn't schedule an appointment, we were referred to Sears. It was frustrating at first to have to switch service providers, but turned out to be for the best.

Dryer Repair
Chuck was on time and we were notified that he was on his way with his picture and his name. He was very pleasant and quick. He made sure we knew his name and put his booties on. He went to the basement with my husband and replaced the part as well as making sure that it was not clogged and reiterated to me what was done as I was not with them downstairs.
