Clint was knowledgeable and honest. He admitted that the repair was unnecessary based on the previous technician's assessment, and apologized that I was given the wrong advice by the previous technician. If I ever need another repair on my range, I would request Clint.

Jorge is welcome to service my appliances whenever he likes! He has been here before, and was the first technician to notice that my water softener (which had been serviced several times before by other technicians) was missing a hose. On this latest visit, not only was he early, but he was able to assure me that the water softener was not leaking, and then discovered the real source of the leak! I've been having for months! He is efficient, observant, and considerate!
