Courtesy and completed the job thoroughly instead is rescheduling. Otherwise we would have had to go thru the holidays without a working fridge!

Ken, our technician, was the best!! 5 + stars!!! He had a long day as he didn’t arrive until after 7, completed the repair, and everything is in great working order. Wasn’t rushing, took the time to do what needed to be done. As for Sears home repair….I would give them maybe a 2 star. I have waited over 3 weeks for final repair. 1 week for diagnosis, order parts, reschedule because parts didn’t arrive for scheduled appt…waited 4 more days, installed part, but now dryer not heating, another week for diagnosis, another week for parts, had to reschedule AGAIN as parts were not here, just one day delay for install, and 🤞🏼 hopefully, final repair!?!? There must be a better way to order/expedite shipping and reschedule. I understand why you can have all parts on hand but 3-4 weeks for repair seems crazy. I have lived my LG washer and dryer, but will reconsider when purchasing new, as this process was way too LONG!!!! Ken, however was awesome!!
