Tech was great but the company rescheduled me three times with no explanation

The gentleman was very nice and respectful. I don’t feel like much was done to the actual unit in maintenance and inspection aspect. It was just sprayed it down with a hose to clean it out, I could have done that.

It took 4 times for Sears to come out and get all the correct parts for my washer. Then 2 more times I had an appointment and Sears never showed up. That is a lot of time I took off work! Finally on the 7th appointment Charles came and finally fixed the problem. Thank you Charles!

Tech was ok. We talked about 10 minutes, but my Mastercard has not arrived yet and you don’t take Amex, so he had to wait over 1:2 hour to get permission to take my Check $129 for 10 minutes of conversation. That is a bit much for 10 minutes and no work.

Way too much money

On the originally scheduled date for the tech to arrive, I had a 1-5 pm time frame. I received a call from the tech at 10:30 am that he was on his way, but I was not home and didn’t have my phone with me at the time. The tech arrived shortly before 11 am and I was still not home, so he left. When I saw the tech’s message that he was at my house 2 hours prior to when the appointment was scheduled to start, I called the customer service number and had to go thru the call tree, which never allowed me to speak with a human. The “robot” said my appointment was rescheduled for later in the afternoon, but the tech never arrived nor called. I rescheduled for the next morning and the tech arrived as planned.

The tech Charlie was amazing. The actual people are great. SEARA, your customer support has been absolutely abysmal. Neither your customers nor your workers are happy with the changes. It shouldn’t have been such an issue the last few weeks getting our already paid for service taken care of If you have anything urgently needing to be worked on, I would steer clear of these guys. Great work(once they got to it) and great workers, but awful company at the top. Do better.

Tech took the easy way out & didn't fix the issue. We're still having the issue and now I'm jumping through hoops with the Warranty company to get the original issue fixed the right way. Going on day 4 of being without the main fridge in my home. Not to mention the money I'm losing daily having to buy ice to fill our coolers or the loss of food. This experience has been beyond frustrating!
