Chuck, the technician, was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our gas dryer and he had the necessary replacement part in his service vehicle. After replacing the part, he performed the “clean and maintain” process for which we had also requested and then cleared up afterwards. Chuck also provided suggestions on how to keep the dryer operating efficiently, which we appreciated.
