I had a good experience getting my refrigerator repaired. Technician Saul was very professional and friendly. As promised, he called ahead to give me an ETA, as well as calling when he was 5 minutes away so I could secure my pets. He took the time to explain everything while doing a very thorough job. Thanks for the great service!

Terrible!!! The technician extended the four hour window of time by more than an hour then canceled via text within 10 minutes of the time he was supposed to be here! Very poor customer service and total disrespect for my time which he wasted for an entire half day! Do not schedule an appointment with them!
