The service man was helpful and courteous. While there was not a viable option to save my washer, he did talk me through options and things to consider when looking for a replacement.

The first technician ordered more parts than needed and missed ordering one part that was needed. The second technician, Chuck, was excellent and identified the unneeded parts and missing part. The final technician, Clint, was also very good.
