During peak summer of 2024, AC compressor didn't turn on over a weekend and the heat +humidity inside the home was rapidly increasing. My home warranty brought in sears home services. The technician prioritized my case and knew the exact problem. Brought the part and fixed it very quickly.

He was very thorough and explained what he thought was the issue. Unfortunately, CHW denied the work he was going to do. I could see he genuinely felt bad with their decision.
