Scheduling department gets low score. No show on parts installation and no contact. Second appointment missed appointment 8-12:00 by 3 hours with no notification. Very hard to get someone live to talk,

I greatly appreciated the link that Sears provided me that included a photo of my technician, Omar. Subsequent messages let me know where we stood in line for our appointment. Omar called a half hour before arriving and I could easily recognize him from the posted picture. Omar asked me pertinent questions regarding our problems with the AC so that he could get right to work. We were grateful that Omar was able to resolve the issues without having to replace the unit. Our AC has been running since he left, with the interior of our home going down from over 80 degrees into the low 70's.
