Miguel did an excellent job of listening to my explanation of the problem with my AC. He was patient and explained things so I could understand. He was the first tech that has checked this problem that gave me a likely cause of what was happening with the AC. He was knowledgeable and explained what to watch for that would indicate I would need to contact Sears for further service. I can't thank him enough for helping me to understand and reassure me that I can use my AC without being worried about the safety of the unit. Thank you Miguel!

It took sears almost 4 months to completely resolve the issue with my samsung refrigerator. It was misdiagnosed at first by another tech. The new Tech was able to find root cause but parts were backordered for long time. Appreciate the help from Technician.
