Repair man was great but trying to reach a human being to get at least a two hour window was beyond frustrating!! All day the text kept showing a timeframe but it kept changing!! He got here at 4:00 o’clock and then we were told water softener wasn’t on the house agreement after the sales agent said it was, that was the whole purpose!! Now I will have to try and call UGH!! Refrigerator repairman did excellent job. Thank you!

Ibrahim was amazing. Cost of repair was very high but then again I didn't compare a lot of places, but $400 seems a lot to clean a clogged water line.
