My tech upon realizing the wrong part was ordered and was not the cause of my problem informed me immediately. Therefore the part was not installed and he assured me I would receive the refund. I really appreciate his frankness and honesty by not installing the wrong part but informed me that the part is No Longer available. But I would get the refund. Now I know the real problem at least. I wouldn't have figured that out.
