It took a month to get our freezer door repaired after Sears cancelled our appointment twice. Tom, our service repairman, was excellent and very apologetic even though it wasn't his fault. The experience with Sears was horrible except for the professionalism of Tom. Tom was very knowledgeable, friendly and made sure that our refrigerator was fixed properly. Once he was able to determine the problem, he quickly fixed it.

Someone please call me about my repair as I’ve paid over $700 and I’ve been rescheduled 3 times. I cannot take more time off of work to get this rescheduled. Repair confirmation: 08208D All numbers posted in reviews below are AI and not helpful.

Technician seemed more interested to provide a repair quote which is almost equal to product price than checking the actual appliance issue in Diagnostic visit, which will be charged ($129) anyway. He didn't even care to put a foot cover even though Company's video shows how respectful Technicians will be clients home.

Strongly recommend not to use Sears Appliance Repair. Technician was not sure how to debug the problem and looked puzzled from moment he started inspecting the problem. In the end, he just mentioned the board is having the problem and quoted $850 for repair to ensure diagnostic is done and I am liable to pay 129.00. I called another technician who was able to repair it in less than 1/3 of the price they quoted. I wasted 129.00 dollars on them, highly recommend not to call them.

The work got done, but we were without a functional refrigerator for 2 weeks. For a working family with kids, that's a lot of hardship, inability to store food, etc. There was no good way to know when parts would arrive, there is no phone number you can call and get a decent update on the plan to resolve. On one of the days the technician decided to not show up even though the website showed he would, just poor management, lack of expectation management, lack of accountability.
