Overall it ended in my washer working. However the communication between the call center and the people on the ground is not good. It takes forever to get an actual person on the phone. I have another service call later this week and we will see how that ends. Update. Part that original tech said he was ordering he didn't so we ended up having to call back and get another service time. Called and it was the next day which was a Saturday. So ok, I appreciated the fact that it was quick. I got an email at 4am saying that the tech would be there between 737am and 835am.with expected arrival time at 801am. Except we were number 3. So I got up early because I didn't want him showing but not be ready. At 930 it still said 801. What is the point of the updated website if it doesn't update. Anyway, he arrived around 1130 and fixed the problem. Every tech I've had has been polite and helpful. So I give 5 stars, I wish I could give tech and then overall experience because between the call center and the website they would be in the 2 star range. I still have another service call open for a different appliance so I guess I'll see how that ends. I'm waiting on a part but have had no communication other than a text that canceled the service. So who knows. Jake is the best. Sears is lucky to have him. He is attentive, helpful and actually cares about his customers. He embodies what customer service is! Thanks Jake!

Quick and friendly same day service which was awesome. Only complaint I have was that it was pretty expensive to get our dryer fixed.

Jake was amazing! Even though there were delays and a reschedule Jake was courteous and very professional and thorough in his work and explanations of all actions taken.

Technician was polite and timely. He discovered that the item was nor repairable and 'supposedly' updated the files. When I called Sears to find out what was the next step, I was told that 'there was nothing entered' and than an supervisory level technician would have to come on site - So, delay, delay, delay Another technician had to get involved (Lew) and he was outstanding. He (IMHO) went above and beyond to help remediate the problem. If the "behind the scenes folk" actually od a Lew has documented, then things should be great.

Jake was able to get the ice maker working again. He also troubleshooted that the lights on the front panel were on continuous. Now they are off and won’t keep me awake.

Jacob was very informative and unplugged our dishwasher drain. He explained what was wrong and showed us why it was plugged.
