Lew, is good natured, patient and knowledgeable. He quickly accessed the problems with our appliances. He ordered the parts needed and the following week returned and got our refrigerator working again. We are very happy that Lew is part of the Sears team that takes care of our area.

Both times the repair technicians came here to troubleshoot the failing parts in the unit, then the installation of the new replacement parts the technicians were professional and personable. I am very satisfied with both interactions that I have had with the technicians as well as the office dispatching them. This is the first time I have utilized these services and I will not hesitate to call, when I have a problem in the future. Thank you, James Hess

Repair service was just what we needed. Lewis was friendly and knowledgeable. He has come to our home before and as always gets the job done fast and friendly. I would highly recommend Seats appliance repair and they come on the weekends.

Ryan was very punctual with the time he said he would arrive. Ryan was very knowledgeable in addressing and solving the problems of my washing machine. If I ever have any more issues with my appliances I hope he is the one that is sent. Give this guy a raise!!!
