Jonathan did keep in contact with us about his arrival time. He got the part replaced however our issue is still not resolved. He did say that he suspected it needs a new main control panel, not the part that was ordered. We had the oven moved and out and required no movement from him, yet there were still scratches on our oven from his work. I got an email afterwards with documents I had signed about damage and other things, but o had never signed or even seen the documents. He clearly signed them for us without disclosing anything. So now our oven is scratched and still has the same issue. Please direct me where we can go from here.

Washing machine was not fixed needs to be corrected it still doesn't drain on delicate or quick wash cycle also the oven was fixed however the stainless steel cover that goes on the top of the board is now dented it will need to be replaced

I am extremely upset qith the service I recieved..or lack there of. If I could give negative stars I would. 1. The tech was due to come out last Wednesday, I waited all day never heard anything. I was never told the part was to be delivered to me and to let them know the part was delivered (it hadn't even shipped yet, a week later). I messaged sears about it they said they would get back to me. Never heard anything. Finally got the part, scheduled a new appt. Tech called, said he would be there at a certain time, came later ( not during the estimated time). The issue with our dishwasher was it wasn't draining. Part was replaced, tech said it was now draining but slowly. He left without putting the dishwasher back correctly.. I ran a cycle, same issue..it is not draining..even slowly its not draining. I do not have time to sit and wait for another tech, nor do I want that tech back with all the grunting and sighing I had to listen to while he tried to "fix" the issue. I understand things are difficult but the customer should not have to listen to how frustrated the tech might be, especially with my little girls home. So after spending $500 ( which may not be much) we are still in the same place. I contacted the tech to see if he would try again to fix the issue, he just said replace it.. thats it..nothing.. I contacted customer service to see if they would make good on the issue, they just recommend sending the tech again..this after I had already contacted him. I said I was incredibly dissatisfied and would be happy to pay for the part and half the service fee due to all the issues I had. They didn't listen to any of my issues, so here I am. Again, do not use them, I do not recommend unless you want to just throw money away.. oh unless you sign up for their home warranty..then they will help you out. So disgusted..sears is definitely not what it use to be.
