Horrific customers service, used to be great. Now with AI only communication it is horrible. Screwed up my address and location, no way to speak to a human. Sears has been removed from my goto list of appliance repair. I'd rather just throw away the old and buy new than have to deal with them ever again.

No live person, just AI. Text me a date for my appt 10/1 waited most of the day then called again (got AI again) said now my appt isn't until 10/6! Worst customer service ever!! Can't even correct the address which AI got wrong! So now I have to wait another 8-5 day and see if someone shows up, unless I can find someone else to fix my dryer!
