The technician was so professional and very knowledgeable he fixed my refrigerator with just one visit. He answered all my questions on how to take care of my refrigerator and also explained in detail the Sear’s maintenance contract. 👍

Junny was EXCELLENT! He was patient to explain details and did a great job figuring out the problem with my dishwasher. He is a huge asset to your company in a day and age where good customer service is hard to come by. Thank you Junny! The one thing that I did not care for was that I could not get a hold of a person while having issues with my appointments being cancelled two times. This was extremely frustrating. You can only go so far with AI.

Cornelius did (as he always does) an excellent job in repairing my washer. The all-house maintenance plan is excellent and covers a lot of ground. Cornelius contacted me ahead of the appointment, arrived on time, addressed and communicated with me what he was going to do, and finished the job (replacing the gear box and clutch) in no time flat. He cleaned up and explained what he did, and was polite, communicative and professional the entire time. Excellent job by an excellent technician who knows his stuff!
