What does review title mean?
5 stars out of 5. Samantha AI robot is creating confusion. The AI robot called my cell phone and said the technician was running ahead of schedule so he will come between 11am and 1pm today. Norman, the technician said he was not running ahead of schedule. He sent a text to my cell phone at 2:50pm to tell me that he as on the way. He did everything that was expected of him. Sears managment, your AI system needs to be replaced by live agents, immediately.

Refrigerator Service
Had a refrigerator that had ice buildup which lead to water leakage during the defrost cycle. Sears online appointment was easy and was even able to get a late same day appointment. Junny made his last appointment and was most friendly and professional. He quickly knew what the problem was, explained it to me, and diligently worked it. Very happy with the service! Highly recommend

Thank you for having such a wonderful representative of Sears core values. We have come to really care about this very diligent loving employee. Besides he knows how to do everything with house whole appliances. Example. our cooktop board had to be replaced. however the new board didn't operate so he put the old board back in. and a miracle it works. there was only one beep than none at all. see! mahalo

Well Organized
Cornelius did a great job, sorting out our problem. Things I appreciated: Once a week Sears had an opportunity to move our appointment up. I was not able to take advantage, but it is a great thing to offer. Also, two days before, we received reminders, and the day of, a text letting us know to within the hour when Cornelius would be at the house. Much appreciated.
