Cornelius did (as he always does) an excellent job in repairing my washer. The all-house maintenance plan is excellent and covers a lot of ground. Cornelius contacted me ahead of the appointment, arrived on time, addressed and communicated with me what he was going to do, and finished the job (replacing the gear box and clutch) in no time flat. He cleaned up and explained what he did, and was polite, communicative and professional the entire time. Excellent job by an excellent technician who knows his stuff!

Norm is the ultimate professional. Prompt, friendly, respectful, and, most importantly, a highly skilled technician! Diagnosing the issue why my fridge would not cool below 40F took multiple visits, with the final fix being the replacement of the motherboard. That seems to have finally resolved the issue! Thank you, Norm! Way happier fixing our 5 year old fridge than having to replace.
