I appreciated the service I received from Norman today Waited 3 years with previous techs not able to fix my refrigerator saying that someone from Sears will be in contact with me, no calls, no shows for appointments or appointments cancelled without any follow up or reasons , I have been so frustrated & really contemplating renewing my contract each year.m I’m hopeful this time the results with my leaking refrigerator will be good and he hopefully fixed the problem Since he left, my refrigerator has not been leaking A big Mahalo Norman for being such a blessing to our ‘Ohana

Norman, the repair technician, did a great job. The part that Sears sent was different than the original part and wouldn’t allow the wires to fit. Rather than send it back and come back again, Norman was able to modify it on site to make it work.
