Norman, the repair technician, did a great job. The part that Sears sent was different than the original part and wouldn’t allow the wires to fit. Rather than send it back and come back again, Norman was able to modify it on site to make it work.

Norman was polite, friendly and efficient. He diagnosed the problem and when he came back to install the replacement part did so quickly and kept the work area tidy.

Cornelius was very helpful in both his first visit and the visit to replace the agitator in my washing machine. He offered advice on how to negotiate Sears HomeServices (which is difficult). He is the only real live person I've been able to get info from.
