Overall rating

We keep experiencing the same problems with our fridge every 3-4 weeks. Thank goodness it's on a maintenance plan but it's a nuisance replacing spoiled food often due to fridge problems.

Service Technician as always, wonderful. But, scheduling the repair service took over 2 mos which for a water heater is too long.

My son informed Ryan as soon as he arrived that I had tested positive for Covid and was in isolation, and my son was negative and wearing a face mask. Ryan was obviously anxious about this situation and completed the washing machine checkup in record time. I don't resent his apprehensions, but do feel he should regardlessly have fully completed his job.

Cornelius was a blessing and deserves a ten! He provided excellent and timely responsible service. He kept me informed of his schedule and was here as promised and worked efficiently. The rest of the Seats Home Service needs serious improvement and was very discouraging, ranging from a missed appt and mistruths. Stayed home for two full days over a period of a month before Cornelius came into the picture!

Our technician, Edwin, is da man. He is super friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and has great customer service. It does seem, however, that SEARS as a company just doesn't care about how their Hawai'i branch/section/division/department is handled. It doesn't seem like Sears takes as good of care of their technicians as their technicians do of the customer. Sears is lucky to have such good technicians and should do more to take better care of them.

The tech that came out has been very good. All support from Sears home services has been horrific. They have not provided the coverage we paid for and have left us with nothing more than wasted money for repairs that should have been done over a year and a half ago.

Unable to fix my electric range after 3 tries. Service tech did not seem to have any support from the office. All communication from sears is one way only. No way to call text chat or email about the status of my repair.
