Cornelius was awesome. Worked quickly and efficiently to fix my oven. He even fixed one of the screws in the oven that was faulty. He made sure to be very careful with my floors and everything. I'm so grateful to have my oven working properly again and I have Cornelius and his new hire trainee to thank for it.

I had a scheduled for September 2024 and my part came in. My appointment kept getting pushed forward due to unavailable technicians. Chad came today 1/16/25 and put the part in within 15 minutes. He was very efficient and finally I can wash clothes without having to use a chopstick to push the part in to make my machine work.

🙂Cornelius came at a decent time. Very friendly answered all my questions👍. The part Edwin ordered in November never came😕. Both technicians are knowledgeable👌. Only the company👎service is "JUNK" because I had 2 previous appointments in December but nobody; came, text, or called, and I waited ALL day☹️because they usually come Very late in the afternoon. I always had excellent service with Sears👏. A technician always came within a week, now they schedule 2 weeks out👎.

We are delighted with our Sears service call which involved the replacement of several parts to a Kenmore washing machine. Our tech, Cornelius, has serviced other appliances for us previously and we have always found him to be professional and efficient in determining the problem and accurately ordering repair parts. And, as evidenced today, with the proper parts he ordered, he made what we feel was a major repair in relatively short order to permit us to retain the washer we never want to lose.
