🙂Cornelius came at a decent time. Very friendly answered all my questions👍. The part Edwin ordered in November never came😕. Both technicians are knowledgeable👌. Only the company👎service is "JUNK" because I had 2 previous appointments in December but nobody; came, text, or called, and I waited ALL day☹️because they usually come Very late in the afternoon. I always had excellent service with Sears👏. A technician always came within a week, now they schedule 2 weeks out👎.

We are delighted with our Sears service call which involved the replacement of several parts to a Kenmore washing machine. Our tech, Cornelius, has serviced other appliances for us previously and we have always found him to be professional and efficient in determining the problem and accurately ordering repair parts. And, as evidenced today, with the proper parts he ordered, he made what we feel was a major repair in relatively short order to permit us to retain the washer we never want to lose.

My tech, Cornelius was prompt, communicative and efficient. Terrible not having a working appliance but he came back the 2nd time with the correct part and it is all good. Saved me from buying a new dryer and the junkyard having another appliance. Thank you.

He was excellent on time! We have to complain about appointments service that you guys cancel 4 times during Oct-Dec. unexceptionable business service. We had to take a day off so many times. I had to complain and called lots of time yesterday to make it happened. It shouldn’t be this way at all! Same thing with Our washing machine too. You can check the record. No matter what machine is getting old or what not, still promise is promise and you guys as professional company should do the right service. Thank you for your time Sincerely Ching’s family
