Vincent informed us of the Warranty program that could be used for our refrigerator, stove, washer, dryer and dishwasher, if we had one. He is knowledgeable and acted in a professional manner. We opted to buy the warranty program, but declined any repairs, as we intend to buy a new refrigerator. We understand that the deposit for Vincent to check our refrigerator will be waived, as we purchased the Warranty plan.
