We keep experiencing the same problems with our fridge every 3-4 weeks. Thank goodness it's on a maintenance plan but it's a nuisance replacing spoiled food often due to fridge problems.

Service Technician as always, wonderful. But, scheduling the repair service took over 2 mos which for a water heater is too long.

My son informed Ryan as soon as he arrived that I had tested positive for Covid and was in isolation, and my son was negative and wearing a face mask. Ryan was obviously anxious about this situation and completed the washing machine checkup in record time. I don't resent his apprehensions, but do feel he should regardlessly have fully completed his job.
