The repair was to the lights on the range hood. The cost was covered by the appliance maintenance agreement which I have purchased on all of my appliances for years. I take advantage of the annual maintenance -check on the appliances to forestall problems. I am pleased to have the problem addressed so efficiently.

Carl and his assistant were friendly and courteous. Although my aging oven couldn’t be fixed because the manufacturer no longer produced the electronic board, I appreciated them checking all possibilities and narrowing the problem down to the root cause.

Randall did an excellent job working on my machine until it was spinning again. He was very patiently training the younger technician. I was lucky to be there first stop of the day since they were booked for way too many stops.
