The 5 is for both technicians. I don’t like not ever. Ring in touch with a person for questions. Dislike when only AI is available

Technician was excellent. Sears extended warranty sucks. Refrigerator broke in March 2025 & tech came every month w/o parts or cancelled appt. We had to move broken refrigerator back & move temporary refrigerator outside & always appt cancelled day of appt. Or technician came w/no parts. Wouldn’t complain if they let Me rent refrigerator like last time refrigerator wasn’t working.
