I recently had the pleasure of having Randall, the Sears repair technician, fix our washing machine, and I can’t say enough good things about him. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism and politeness stood out. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our machine and was able to make the repair on the spot, saving us both time and hassle. His expertise was evident, and I felt completely confident in his skills. I highly recommend Randall for any appliance repairs and will definitely be using this service again in the future!

My repairman, Carl, was excellent. The Sears followup is very bad. I never received a follow up, just cancelled by followup appt with no explanation. If I could give negative stars that's what I would give. I had to call Sears numerous times and put on hold too long. Still waiting for followup, one month after.
