Randall arrived as expected. He quickly found that my washer drum was the problem and re-torqued the drum hex nut. I was extremely pleased that my washer issue was repaired on the 1st tech visit. Randall was professional, explained my washer issue, and he was off to his next awaiting service call. Thank you Randall 😊
