Just enjoying time shopping but not buying anything

I just had a technician come to my home and look at a washing machine we were having a problem with. He was kind, efficient and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I would strongly recommend Sears appliance repair if you need work done right with great people.

We needed to promptly fix our GE refrigerator freezer which was not defrosting properly. Sears Appliance Repair provided the service the SAME DAY I called. The technician was prompt, courteous, on-time, and very efficient and thorough as well as personable. The freezer works and we have had no problems since the repair. I would definitely use this service again.

They arrived when they said they would. Diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. After the parts arrived they were here within two days and completed the repair quickly and professionally!

My technician arrived on time and spent time to diagnose the problem.. since the refrigerator is old, it would be too expensive to repair.. I would use this company again if I need appliance repair

Did not even know Sears was still around but connected with them when my Samsung microwave blew its magnetron. They sent out a great guy who was competent and courteous. Lindburg ordered the part and it was delivered a few days later (we live on Maui so it always takes a while); he came back, took the unit down and did the install. I could have gotten a new unit at Costco but this repair was only half the cost ($430 v $900) and I’m glad I made the choice. I will use Sears Appliance Repair again…not cheap but solid/honest.
