Excellent service by Lani. She texted that she was 30 minutes out. Jumped on the frig problem right away. Replaced motor and cleaned frig in one hour. Cleaned her work site and was a really really nice person that seems to really care about doing a great job all the time.

Pretty smooth service, but 1 appointment that was made, technician didn’t show up. No call or correspondence why ….but I rescheduled and the issue was resolved. Over all good service!

Moe tried really hard to find the rattling in my Samsung dryer but he could not find it inside or on the back of the machine. Although he did his best I am disappointed that I had to Pay $125.00 and still have the problem..

Raymond did an excellent job repairing our refrigerator. He explained the issue clearly to us and made the repair. He is very professional and timely. Sears was unable to provide us with a white refrigerator door handle that had to be replaced, and instead sent us a black door handle, which looks rather odd, since all of our other Sears' appliances, range and dish washer, are white. Apparently, there are no more white door handle parts available?

Richard knows about refridgeration, but he said our issue was about improper installation - the fridge is over 20 years old and it was fine for most of that time so installation isnt really the problem and i read the owners manual and it was installed as to the specifications, so my issue is not resolved
