We recently had a maintenance check on our washer/dryer and also had the refrigerator coils cleaned and checked. The technician called ahead, was on time, very courteous and happily took the time to answer all of our questions about maintaining our appliances. We had already purchased the service agreement for the washer/dryer so there was no charge and the cost for cleaning the refrigerator coils was very reasonable. It was a real pleasure to have Sears Appliance Repair work on our appliances.

We needed to promptly fix our GE refrigerator freezer which was not defrosting properly. Sears Appliance Repair provided the service the SAME DAY I called. The technician was prompt, courteous, on-time, and very efficient and thorough as well as personable. The freezer works and we have had no problems since the repair. I would definitely use this service again.
