Randall is excellent! After a really bad experience with another company, Randall actually took the time to thoroughly inspect our range to figure out where a very strong chemical smell was coming from. A leaking washer is not only annoying, but if you live upstairs, as I do, it could be dangerous to people below. Randall came on time, figured out the problem very quickly, and fixed it. I am happy and grateful.
