Better communication between i’m paying for Maui for your service. You don’t have technicians on Maui and it’s been a problem waiting four or five months to get something fixed. I have to get my own technicians. They don’t like getting paid from you so I have to pay when I do find somebody in the meantime, I’m I’m still paying my monthly fee and you need to have more access to a live person for people that have an open service order because it’s impossible to do AI and talk to people when you have special circumstances like you’re trying to find your own service repair person and then get reimbursed

Excellent service by Randall as he knew how to troubleshoot the problem with our microwave oven door. He is also very personable and pleasant to work with and his years of experience is evident in his skilled ability to accomplish the task set before him on his visit.
