Evan was great ! Speedy, efficient and professional… he even found the part when it was not shipped to us in time. I do not like how the Sears warranty division does not allow human to human contact regarding appointments, however. Frustrating that we cannot contact someone directly. I give the appointment scheduling only two and a half stars

Sears system is horrible and if parts are needed, good luck. It took 3 months and 3 weeks to complete the washing machine repair of replacing stabilizer bars that SEATS did not want to secure. I called on 16 times and escalated 4 times before we got the part. Our tech Randall was great! He was knowledgeable, replaced all needed parts expertly and in a very good time frame. He demonstrated that the fixes actually worked and explained what he was doing. And, he was a nice guy on top of all the other positive traits. The tech is great but the SEARS system and call in numbers are meant to discourage a follow up when parts are involved.
