Randall did an excellent job working on my machine until it was spinning again. He was very patiently training the younger technician. I was lucky to be there first stop of the day since they were booked for way too many stops.

Great! It did take several tries to get our repair scheduled, but, once here, Randall and his assistant got the washer to run on multiple cycles. We appreciate their work in getting the washer running well again.
