I was called by Chad and he arrived on time and introduced himself. He arrived in uniform and with a Sears detailed van. He was friendly but business like and quickly confirmed the problem. He then as promised gave me a more technical explanation of the problem and the cost for the service. I confirmed as he had the repair parts in his van. In a few minutes he set the washer in cycle to test as he with permission cleaned and inspected our dryer. The washer seems brand new and we are totally satisfied with the repair, the service, and a very knowledgeable and friendly technician.
