Not only did she quickly diagnose the problem with the frig, order the necessary parts and install them to get the frig working again, but she was also a pleasure to work with. Received multiple updates on the confirmation of the appt and also when the service tech was en route the day of service. Was very pleased that the issue was resolved with just one visit and the tech had the parts needed to repair the top rack of my dishwasher. Thank you for the communication/updates and resolving the issue quickly.

Excellent service by Lani. She texted that she was 30 minutes out. Jumped on the frig problem right away. Replaced motor and cleaned frig in one hour. Cleaned her work site and was a really really nice person that seems to really care about doing a great job all the time.

Pretty smooth service, but 1 appointment that was made, technician didn’t show up. No call or correspondence why ….but I rescheduled and the issue was resolved. Over all good service!
