Waited 8hrs and 45 mins only to be told that they don't work on LG fridges. It was a complete WAIST of time. During the scheduling process I indicated that we have a LG fridge. Yet it was never addressed that you don't work on LG fridges. If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would.
