Travis was knowledgeable and personable, and very helpful. The Sears Warranty Service, however, is difficult to deal with, as it is entirely automated and you can never speak to a real person.

Travis was knowledgeable and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our dishwasher and fixed it. He also gave us some tips on dishwasher maintenance. I decided to purchase the Hawaii Sears Protect Appliance Program because they have access to the local appliance repair companies. I called 3 appliance repair companies and was routed to Sears Protect. They were able to get me an appointment the next day. I also received a discount on the labor cost for purchasing the plan.
