The fridge of my refrigerator was found not working properly. It had a temperature around 58 degree. The technician came and found out that the main control board doesn't work as expected. After the replacement of the control board, the temperature dropped down to 35 degree within 5 hours.

My technician Steven was fantastic! He got on the washing machine's leaking right away. Was very helpful on how to get our payment through the link, because my husband and I are not technically smart. Much Mahalo for his Aloha. 🌺 I would definitely recommend him!

The technician did great but the price of the part to fix it was $300 more than a brand new dryer! Make that make sense!

Travis was courteous and respectful. He answered questions about the dryer repair. This was a reschedule appointment and it was very satisfactory he was so helpful and obliging in his service. However the original appointment had a no show and we had to wait all day and when we tried reaching Sears we could not get live assistance to let us know that no onr was going to show up. That was disturbing very bad business. A call would have been appreciated. When trying to reschedule, AI set us out 1 month which was not okay as we already waited 2 weeks. We are thankful that when we refused the month out 3 days later we got a one week out rescheduled appointment. That was appreciated. The AI assistant does not assist but merely gives a date and there is no choice in the matter. Overall, I'm glad with the service provided knowing we need to be patient as live bodies are difficult to have on staff and we appreciate that the reschedule was moved up Thank you

Travis was great Polite and knowledgeable. Very nice. Unfortunately your ai emails, texts and cancelling my appointment the day before was really bad. 10 minutes before my Appointment i got an ai text saying I was cancelled. There was no one to talk to or complain to. Will not use again just for those reasons. Travis was the best however.
