Travis was knowledgeable and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our dishwasher and fixed it. He also gave us some tips on dishwasher maintenance. I decided to purchase the Hawaii Sears Protect Appliance Program because they have access to the local appliance repair companies. I called 3 appliance repair companies and was routed to Sears Protect. They were able to get me an appointment the next day. I also received a discount on the labor cost for purchasing the plan.

Travis did a great job repairing our dishwasher. He was careful to not drip any water when changing hose. Made sure everything was back in its place when he left and working properly.

Repair technician Travis was great and thorough!! Thank you!! However, the warranty process was HORRIBLE and Very painful!! It took me THREE MONTHS to get my dishwasher repaired!!
