Albert has made multiple trips to service this appliance. The Stove top continues to have unserviceable issues. The latest Today 9/24/24 resulted in another incomplete repair. NO Fault of Albert. The switch supplied by GE was not able to service the requirement of the stove top. The GE parts rep was on the line with Albert during the install, and it was determined that the original part is no longer manufactured. This leaves the stove top without two of 6 switching requirements. One of which is the heat indicator light, posing a safety issue for our small childeren. It is imperative that this issue be remedied immediately prior to a safety mishap. This claim has been ongoing now for nearly 3 months with no resolution. I believe it is time for a more definitive approach to solving this dilemma. Your technician Albert has been extremely thorough and knowledgably in his pursuit of this repair. Please provide feedback on Sears plan to timely rectify this claim. Thank you.
