Albert did a great job. We have been waiting for 6 weeks to get the clothes washer fixed and a mixup of parts delivery made that worse. Albert thought he would need a helper to move the washer so that he could work on it but he managed it by himself. All appears OK now. Thanks Albert.

Repair successful - after almost 2 months waiting on parts - not happy about that part of the system.. Part ordering is very confusing and not very organized. Also communication was almost all one way between me and Sears. They NEVER answered. The only thing that saved the day was the repair crew. They were AMAZING>>>>>>
