Aloha, Sears Service Repairmen, Nick and Kekoa provided excellent service when responding to, diagnosing the problem and repairing my dryer. Both let me know when they would arrive and were very professional and courteous during their assignment. Nick diagnosed the problem to be with a faulty main circuit board and ordered a new one. He offered multiple service dates to accommodate our schedule. The part that was ordered arrived at my house a few days prior to my appointment. When Kekoa arrived, he promptly replaced the old circuit board with the new one. He ran the dryer to check that it worked well. It did. Now, I don't need to use the dryers at the laundromat. Mahalo Nui!🤙
