Repairman was very prompt in arriving for the scheduled repair. We are happy with the work that Gary did in a timely manner.

I found Brian to be professional as well as personable and went out of his way to provide excellent service. He was also quick and efficient. Dennis came by this week to work on my dryer as the thermostat died. He was very thorough and professional and made sure to clean around the area around the thermostat. My dryner has never dried so well. I appreciate the extra care he took. I think his years of experience made a big difference. I haven't had a Sears technician that came to the house that I wasn't pleased with the quality of care
