Very impressed and happy with service performed. The gentleman who diagnosed and repaired our refrigerator was very polite and professional. Highly recommend him and Sears service. Thank you!!

Our Sears repair guy came on the day I requested service! I called for a refrigerator maintenance, having an unsightly stain of dried liquid between a clear plastic and the white plastic. The phone rep told me to simply pull the clear plastic out for cleaning, and try as we might, my husband and I could not separate the two sheets. The phone rep reiterated that it comes apart easily and then said the liquid had probably dried and caused the layers to stick. I assured her that the layers could not be separated, so she scheduled a maintenance for that day. Our knowledgeable repair guy came, took the entire shelf off, and discovered that the two layers are not able to be separated, as they are screwed inside during assembly. He took the whole unit out and flushed it with water until it came out clean! Then he dried everything and applied a layer of clear tape so that any spilled liquid will not get into this piece again. He went over and beyond what was required because he knew the stain was causing me grief! Thank you SEars!
