Gary was very nice, prompt ( he called me 1 hour prior to let me know that he was in the vicinity and because I was at work, he was able to see a different client so I could complete my work prior to returning home) and accommodating. Quite efficient and able to resolve my issue with my gas dryer. He also serviced my washer quickly

Was on time and helpful. Diagnosed the problem, checked his inventory, and was able to fix my dryer in one visit. Enjoyed the automated scheduling, prompt service, and thorough service. Caller ID was unable to identify as Sears calling but voice messages were clear and complete. Highly recommend this service. Thank you Kenmore and Sears Service.
